Global Manufacturing Transformation Lead

The Global lead in AGCO transformation of smart factory for manufacturing, this position will combine process and operational innovations with technological innovations, requiring a breadth of knowledge of ERP (SAP), PLM and MES systems, especially as they relate to lean, flexible and innovative strategies. Key components include, Internet of Things, plant robotization, wearable solutions and Big Data analysis. The objective of the role is to speed up AGCO transformation driving value to the organization and insure sustainability for the plants and solutions.
Please note: position may be based in Jackson, Minnesota, Marktoberdoft, Germany or Canoas, Brazil
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with business in evaluation and competitive benchmarking activities
Insure project's differential value proposition
Collaborate in the preparation and monitoring of the business plan and the investments associated
Generation, updating and dissemination of global projects, standards and successes
Participate in the functional architectural approach (selection of third-party products, functional priorities for proprietary products)
Project manage global activities
Drive collaboration
Manage global budget and value assessment for pilots/projects
Collaborate with business in evaluation and competitive benchmarking activities

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; degree in Engineering preferred
5-8 years of ERP (SAP), PLM and MES experience/knowledge
5-8 years of lean manufacturing experience; leading for min 2 years preferred
2-5 years smart factory, Iot and Industry 4.0 project work
Experience in operations, IT transformation, industry or supply chain; Experience leading lean standards and application in plants; Multi-sector experience in projects related to operations (not systems implementation); Proactive, with a high capacity for commitment and teamwork, a spirit of cooperation; Strong project management skills; Ability to lead global, cross functional teams; Decisive, with a high level of autonomy and goal orientation; Strong skills in analysis, communication and interpersonal abilities; Enthusiasm for working in an innovative environment.
Travel: Up to 30%, including international travel

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
